MCAEOC, Inc. has the following positions open:
Human Resource Assistant: Training and/or college degree in business, psychology, or a related field with at least three years verifiable secretarial or computer skills. Must be able to type 45 wpm, maintain confidentiality at all times and be proficient in computer software, data entry, communications, and basic office skills. The desired candidate must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, and maintain good working relationships with other employees.
Healthy Start Initiative Outreach Worker/Recruiter: Successful applicant will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and coordinating child recruitment, screening and enrollment of eligible children and women (pregnant, post-partum and interconceptional). Must have a high school diploma, college degree or 2 years’ experience working with children and families. Transportation is required; therefore, the applicant must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Healthy Start Initiative Registered Nurse: Successful applicant must have a valid Arkansas Registered Nurses license, two year of experience in case management, be able to communicate effectively with children and families and work with at risk populations. Transportation is required; therefore, the applicant must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Healthy Start Case Manager: Applicant must have a degree in the field of social work or psychology. Must have experience as a case manager. Ability to work with at risk populations, have computer skills and working knowledge of basic math, word processing software, spreadsheets and filing systems. Transportation is required; therefore, the applicant must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Healthy Start Initiative Program Director: Successful applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health or related field with experience working with at risk families. Must be knowledgeable of program evaluation, performance measures, and community health assessments and have computer skills. The director is responsible for the day to day operations of the program. Must have the ability and willingness to work at times other than regular office hours. Transportation is required; therefore, the applicant must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Migrant and Seasonal Head Start Bus Monitor: Applicant must have a high school diploma and be willing to be enrolled in CDA class. Applicant must have able to work effectively with children, parents and coworkers and work a split shift.
Migrant and Seasonal Head Start Teacher: Applicant must have an AAS in Early Childhood Education or related field. Must be able to work well with children, families and coworkers. This position is open at the center in Caruthersville, MO.
