Migrant & Seasonal Head Start
In addition to the information above, Head Start is a national program that promotes school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of children through the provision of educational, health, nutritional, social and other services to enrolled children and families. Mississippi County Arkansas, EOC serve 650 preschoolers (Head Start), 160 infant/toddlers and 8 pregnant mothers (Early Head Start), and 157 children Migrant & Seasonal Head Start program.
Head Start & Early Head Start services are available from 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Migrant & Seasonal Head Start Program operating hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
